Your nominated deduction up to the threshold limit can be paid onto the card each pay period. The card may then be used to make payments anywhere that VISA is accepted for groceries, petrol, utility expenses and more.

Any balance on your card at the end of the Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) year will be paid back to you via payroll and taxed at the appropriate rate of PAYG.

How does the card work?

Just like any Visa debit card, you can only spend the amount of money that comes from your salary deductions onto the card. You have the convenience of PayWave as well, making everyday purchases easy.

What happens to my balance at the end of the FBT year?

To ensure that you make the most of your packaging benefits for the new FBT year, all balances on your salary packaging cards are withdrawn and returned to customers via payroll. This does not apply to employees of religious institutions who are fully FBT exempt.

How can I check my balance?

Beyond Bank Australia have internet banking, phone banking and an easy-to-use app for Apple and Android users. Beyond Bank Australia's facilities give you 24-hour access to information at your fingertips. You can also check balances via their 24/7 account information line on 13 14 02.

How do I apply for the card?

Once we receive your request, we will design your package to incorporate the card. You will then receive an email with a link to an online application that will enable you to apply for te physical card with Beyond Bank, including electronic verification of your IDs. This is all online, no paperwork required!

How long does it take to get my card?

Once you have successfully applied online with Beyond Bank Australia, your card will arrive within 10-15 business days. Once you have received and activated your card, you can select a card PIN of your choice via Beyond Bank's award-winning internet banking and mobile app.

What do I do if my card is lost or stolen?

Should your card be lost or stolen, you can simply contact Beyond Bank directly and they will cancel the card and issue a new one.

You will receive a link to complete an online application with Beyond Bank. As part of the application, you will need at least two ID documents to complete your verification online. Any (two) of the following are acceptable:
